sir, These ministers, chief minister, and all the other governtment employees , those who are in high position also studied in the schools, in which the teachers who have not written these tet exam only. They all have a knowledge to rule India also . I feel that this eligibility test can also be conducted for the ministers and also all the persons, even chief minister. This should be based on the Indian consitution . So that if they get only 100/100 then only they are eligible to qualify as a minister. Why don't we public give such a suggestion to the government.
